Fantastic simple dish good for enjoy with family in the sunday afternoon!
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Marie biscuits
- 395g of sweet condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 150g of bittersweet chocolate chopped
- 200g of fresh cream
Directions
In a pan put the sweet condensed milk, butter and the chocolate, mix the ingredients and cook until the cream peel off the pan. Then add the fresh cream and mix. Reserve it.
Take a cakepan and make a layer of biscuits. Then add a bit of the chocolate cream covering the biscuits. Then add another layer of biscuits and another layer of the chocolate cream, repeat these layers until finish the material. The last layer must be of chocolate cream. Finally decorate the cake with smashed biscuits.
Put the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Serve it.
