Wraps
Ingredients
- 220ml warm water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Approximately 2 and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
Directions
In a bowl, add the water, the salt, sugar and olive oil, mix it well. Slowly add the wheat flour. In a floured table add the dough and soak the dough.
Divide the dough in 8 parts. Open each part with the help of a rolling pin.
Warm up a frying pan and add one of the parts opened and let it cook one side until brown and have some bubbles, then turn it and cook the other side. Repeat that process with the 8 parts.
Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 tomatoes, skinless and chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- pepper, finger or pink pepper, or another of your preferred chopped / or pepper sauce
- fresh cilantro finely chopped
- salt to taste
Directions
Knead the avocado with the fork until it forms a homogeneous paste, mix the tomato, the onion and the lemon juice. Add the salt. Add the pepper and coriander.
